Aluminum is our most favorite material – It can be found in every one of the AHT and MHW products.

A weight reduction of approximately 50%, compared to steel products, is one of the main reasons that we choose to use this durable product. If the alloy has been carefully selected, and properly handled, it will never corrode and have a much longer lifespan.

Aluhebetechnik (AHT) is the only company, in the world, that produces an All-Aluminum Tailgate loader that is completely made from aluminum.

The cross beam is made from high-strength aluminum profiles. Hydraulic lines are built into the profile so there are no steel tubes for hydraulic flow. The lifting arms are aluminum and our bumper bars are totally aluminum.

Our exclusive and patented All-Aluminum cylinders and aluminum power packs are produced at the MHW factory.

A power pack produced from MHW weights only 17 kg. This is only half of the weight compared to our competitors products.

Aluminum is used in every single product: ie: Valve Blocks, Cartridge Valves, Hose- burst Valves and Check Valves. The use of aluminum reduces the weight of every product that we manufacture.

It is also a big advantage, in the stationary hydraulic field, if their components are of very lightweight.

In order to help our customers, we offer complete solutions. Our power packs are completely tested, adjusted and filled with oil and equipped with electrical controls. This helps to reduce the installation time and keeps it to a minimum.
