In order to take advantage of the tax benefits of the Austrian reorganization law and bill of 28.09.2011, and in line with general succession law in accordance with § 142 UGB, the co-owner shares of Weber & Weber Ges.n.b.R were transfered to

Registered-Number: FN 368851d; V.A.T. Number: ATU66695123

as the take-over corporation.

Please be so kind and adress all future correspondence only to the general successor according to the above law, with the exact wording of: Modulhydraulik Weber GmbH, 2474 Gattendorf, Hauptplatz 23, FN 368851 d, UID-Number ATU66695123.

Please note that the above mentioned reorganization results in the total expiration of Weber & Weber Ges.n.b.R.

We kindly request your patience, if during the hand-over phase of this reorganization we at times have to request the reissue of previously already received invoices.
