The AHT All-Aluminum tail lift is a very wise investment
It saves both money and fuel with significant reductions in CO2 emissions.

AHT has demonstrated leadership in the tail lift industry in terms of savings on fuel and reductions in CO2 emissions since 1989 due to the innovative usage of Aluminum in all of our products.

ATH is the only company in the world with the technology to build a completely All-Aluminum Tail Lift. Our products are built of high tensile Aluminum alloy. All load bearing parts, including the hydraulic cylinders, are completely made of corrosion free Aluminum. All our products are extremely light in weight and built for longevity.
Aluminum does not need any special treatment to keep it looking nice. It is insensitive to stone damage and will not rust.

The AHT All-Aluminum tail lift is 100kg to 180kg lighter than any Steel-Aluminum tail lift.

To visually coney our important contribution to the environtment, AHT has designed an Environmental sticker, which clearly distinguishes every All-Aluminum tail lift from others on the market.

Savings on Fuel and Money
Due to the markedly reduced weight of the AHT tail lift, savings on fuel is 0,6 liters per 100kg per 100kilometer or 0,9Euro.

Example for models of an payload of up to 750kg:
500.000km x 100kg x 0,6L/(100km x 100kg) x 1,50Euro/L = 4500Euro
==> min. 4500,- Euro savings

Example for models of an payload of up to 1500kg:
500.000km x 180kg x 0,6L/(100km x 100kg) x 1,50Euro/L = 8100Euro
==> min. 8100,- Euro savings

CO2-Reduction
With the AHT-All-Aluminum tail lift the CO2 emissions is reduced:
for tail lift up to 750kg pay load - weight reduction of 100kg:
==> 8,04 tons CO2 per truck

for tail lift up to 1500 kg pay load - weight reduction of 180kg:
==> 14 ,47 tons CO2 per truck

Savings potential for Austria
If only 46.000 trucks of the total registered trucks in Austria were quipped with the AHT Aluminum tail lift, the followings fantastic savings would be the result.

Example for models of a payload of up to 750kg:
CO2-reductions of 369.840 tons
Fuel savings of 138.000.000 liters Diesel = 207.000.000 Euro

Example for models of a payload of up to 1500kg:
CO2-reductions of 665.620 tons
Fuel savings of 248.400.000 liters Diesel = 372.600.000 Euro

Compare the AHT-All-Aluminum Tail Gate with your present model
AHT tail lifts have many more advantages: no corrosion or rust on any of the parts, the mounting brackets are easily fitted and moveable on the vehicle frame, the power packs are perfectly tuned to the demand of the system, micro-valves for small tail lifts.

When we compare our competitors Steel-Aluminum tail lifts with the AHT tail lifts, it is very important to focus on the details. Our competitors 750kg tail lift weights 55kg more than the AHT tail lift due to the added weight of the steel cylinders, steel power pack box and 2kW motor.

The remaining weight savings 100kg less weight, of the All-Aluminum tail lifts, results from the use of aluminum castings and extrusion profiles for the weight carrying parts.
The total weights quoted by AHT include the oil inside the power pack, two cables, bumper protection as well as all the mounting material. Our weights are the total weight added to the vehicle after installation.
Our competitors usually moit the weights of the mounting materials, cables and oil to the extent that there is not even a reference to an extra weight of about 35kg to 50kg.
