Adjustable hose burst valve

At present, all hose burst valves are manufactured to sit deeply into the cylinder body. This does cause some problems with maintenance personnel since the valves are usually installed by using heat or glued into the cavity, they are difficult to work on. It normally requires a special tool to dismantle or repair this type hose burst valve.

The MHW Engineers have solved this problem. Our new hose burst valve "ERBV" is integrated into the standard cylinder body and in case an adjustment is needed, for temperature change or higher oil viscosity, it is very easy to make an adjustment.

The construction of this hose burst valve has many advantages:

- Manufactured with standard or metric threads to fit every application. (Straight, angled or otherwise.)
- Sealed with a beveled seat. It is absolutely leak proof.
- Option with throttle bore.
- The fitting is seald with O-ring.
- Easily removed, adjusted and replaced without special tools.

- Tested with 1.000.000 Cycles ==> no abrasion

A few prefabricated parts increase the super high switch performance and reduce the possibility of plugging by foreign articles.
They cylinder bore and screw lengths are shortened, therefore reducing the cylinder dimensions and also there is a savings in weight. (See enclosed drawing)
Security of the installation is increased, since the hose burst valve can be labeled and seen from the outside. Forgetting about it is not possible.
