ALUMINIUM-PLATFORM: COMPETITOR |
 |
|
 |
AHT´s platforms are constructed
out of multiple wide profiles, hence any require width and length
can be fabricated. Special end profiles add to the sturdiness of
the platform.
The profiles are joint in the longitudinal direction and are welded,
at the tip and back side, therefore creating a very strong tailgate.
The platform lock at each tailgate loader is a standard equipment
in our delivery. |
|
Competitor profiles are used at the latitudinal direction, therefore
only certain length of gates can be fabricated, furthermore the riveted
endcovers could create problems at a later stage. |

The AHT tailgate (2000kg load capacity)
at a gravity center of 1100mm allows additionally an overload of
20%. |
|
Competitor tailgates (2000kg load capacity) at a gravity center
of 1000mm allows no overload. |

| DISTORTION
TEST : L-2000ST-SS WITH STEEL PLATFORM |
Distortion test with a load of 1980kg on
one side and increased gravity center.
The test shows that there is no permanent distortion in the unloaded
state (see table below). |
