Wing Body with Roof Lifter and Manual Override

New Wing-Body System for even more efficient loading of the truck up to the top of the Roof.

Both wings of the truck are first completely opened. Then it is possible to raise the entire body to allow the loading of the truck up to the roof with a fork lift. Then the roof will be lowered and the loading can be secured. Now both wings can be closed.

With the new hydraulic system (see in the right picture), it is also possible to operate the Wing-Body with an electrical fault from hand. The desired valve for each of the wings and the roof will be activated by hand in the power pack case. With a hand pump and a manual drain valve, it is possible to open and close the wing or raise and lower the roof. The Opening of the wings and the Raising of the roof works by hydraulic pressure. The Closing of the wings and the Lowering of the roof works by gas pressure inside of the cylinders. (see ANIMATION)
